Product Description

SOAVE CLASSICO D.O.C. “CLIVUS” VARIETY: Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. VINEYARDS: Situated in a hilly area with volcanic soils in the Monteforte d’Alpone district. VINIFICATION: The grapes are pressed gently using special presses at the beginning of October. The must is immediately chilled, settled statically and transferred to stainless steel containers for the fermentation which takes place at a temperature of 18°C. This ensures that the full fragrance and persistent aroma is preserved. TASTING NOTES: Colour: straw yellow with greenish lights. Aroma: delicate but intense, reminiscent of hawthorn, elderflower and violets. Taste: dry, fresh with good body, harmonious with a characteristic aftertaste of almonds. Alcohol content: 12,5% vol. FOOD AND WINE MATCHING: Hors d’oeuvres, first courses and fish dishes. SERVE: Serve in tulip-shaped goblets at a temperature of 10-12°C
