VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested very ripe, gently pressed and fermented slowly at 18°C avoiding any skin contact. TASTING NOTES: Colour: yellow with golden lights. Aroma: characteristic with slight hints of flint and ripe peach and pear. Taste: full-bodied and rich, with good balance. Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
